PCN Pal was built to solve one simple problem: appealing a parking ticket in the UK is stressful, confusing, and designed to make you give up.

We're not lawyers. We're a small team of developers and researchers who have been through the appeals process ourselves. We got frustrated trawling through dozens of decade-old forum posts, confusing legal jargon, and misleading advice just to figure out what to do.
