- Strategy Source: The appeal strategies, defense grounds, and specific language used in our templates are derived from consensus and successful defenses recorded within major UK consumer and motoring protection communities, including reference to POPLA and IAS tribunal rulings. This consensus-based information is provided for educational purposes only.
- No Solicitor-Client Relationship: Your use of the Service, including any communication, does not create a solicitor-client or any other professional-client relationship between you and PCN Pal.

- (d) the outcome of any parking appeal or legal challenge you pursue.
